I use the latest evidence-based nutrition research to support women through perimenopause, menopause and beyond.
I provide personalised nutrition guidance to help manage menopause symptoms, support healthy ageing, and reduce the risk of long-term health conditions associated with hormonal changes. Every consultation is tailored to your unique symptoms, lifestyle and health goals, with practical strategies that are realistic and sustainable.
I am passionate about helping women understand how nutrition and lifestyle influence energy levels, body composition, bone health, heart health, metabolic health and overall wellbeing during midlife. My goal is to provide compassionate, evidence-based support that empowers women to feel confident and in control of their health.
I also strive to cut through the confusion of diet culture and menopause misinformation, helping women build a positive relationship with food while developing sustainable eating habits that support their health now and into the future.

I have worked within multiple health industries within the last 20-years including private practice, hospital-based Dietetics, biotechnology (gut microbiome), corporate health, the food and pharmaceutical industry.
I have presented to a range of Australian and International Health Professionals on the science surrounding the gut microbiome and the impacts of Nutrition on Cardiovascular Disease.
I have also written several publications for Allied Health Magazine, Microba, Queensland Cardiovascular Group, Echo Chamber Escape, Happy Ali Global News and have shared my nutrition expertise on radio.
